The flat is very comfortable and homely, it is a 2 bed flat on the 2nd floor of a small block on a quiet Residential street. We're a minutes walk from a bus stop or 20 minute walk to Edmonton Green train station.
It's a big flat with a good size living/dining room. Bathroom with fitted shower in the bath.
All kitchen amenities including a washing machine, tumbler and dishwasher.
Broadband available along with Nowtv and Netflix.
I'm pretty easy going as landlords go, only ask for a friendly considerate lodger who is prepared to pitch in with cleaning etc.
You can't be afraid of big dogs as I do have one but she is friendly and pretty laid back at home. Something of a cuddle monster.
Within easy bus ride 191 and W8 or walking distance from Edmonton Green Station for Liverpool Street and Seven Sisters for Victoria Line. 192 also goes to Tottenham Hale for Liverpool Street, Stansted Airport and Victoria Line
Please note that I would prefer a female or a gay man as a lodger.
