Note: huge apologies for not getting back to some people yet. Please bear with me while I sort through the responses. We can't do viewings until 1st September onwards as the property is currently tenanted.

We are looking for tenants to take the whole property for 2 periods of time. The property is available between:

- 15th September and 19th December and
- 1st January 2024 - onwards
- We need the property back over the Christmas period temporarily.

* Location: This place is very convenient...it's located 5 mins walk from Edmonton Green train station going to Liverpool Street Station. En route, it stops at Seven Sisters which is on the Victoria line.

** 1 month’s rent and deposit required upfront

** No Smokers
** Max 3 people in total

We are looking to rent a 3 bedroom flat on the first floor of a house as a whole property ideally to a group of friends (£650 per room - £1950 in total for the whole flat). There is a separated flat downstairs where the landlord lives but they have their own bathroom and kitchen and lounge.

We have furnished double rooms available (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) in each room and there is a separate living room. 1 bathroom is shared (between 3 people max) and there is a small dining table in the kitchen. Kitchen contains dryer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and gas hob.
