Flat share in Lower Edmonton, one large double bedroom fully furnished for rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv point Sharing with 2 females. No living room but dining table in large kitchen where you are most welcome to chill out and cook. You will be sharing the bathroom and there is a washer/ dryer and fast speed broadband is available.

The flat is on the second floor in a block of 6 with parking space and a communal garden. The flat is close to all amenities including walking distance to Edmonton Green Shopping City. The bus stop is a five minute walk to either get to Tottenham Hale which is a 20 minute bus ride or the train to Edmonton Green where you can get to Liverpool Street in under 30 minutes.

We are looking for a female flatmate who wants to live in quiet and clean surroundings. We do hang out but as one of us is studying there is respect for your own time and space.

The rent is £475 per month inclusive of all bills, and indicated deposit. I will be requesting proof of ID.
