Summer let in Edmonton, N18 (zone3)

Hi !!!!! We will have two cozy double rooms available in Edmonton (zone3) for two months summer let.
Minimum let - one week.
Rooms are fully furnished and has lots of storage.
We have a biggish garden (waiting for new housemates to do a BBQ)
All bills, taxes and internet are included.

We are looking for happy person to join our home. We are two girls - students/proffesionals. We understand peoples space but also enjoy having a chat. We are looking for someone who loves cinema, BBQ, a drink in a pub.... happy, down to earth people. :)
A little bit about the area:
Main street with all the shops just 5 min walk from the house, big Sainsbury's is 10 minute walk. Tesco, Asda 5 minutes drive.
Transport:
Nearest train station - Silver street or White Heart Lane - both 10 min walk from the house.
Train will take you to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes, or to Enfield in 5-10 minutes.
Nearest underground station- Seven Sisters- 15 minutes by bus from the house. 3 busses go to the station, including two all night buses, Bus stop is 5 min walk from house.
