We, the occupants are all young professional/students and I am the owner of the flat. The rent includes all bills: water, electricity, Council Tax, TV broadband (fast internet WIFI). The closest station is Edmonton Green (7 minutes walk from the nearest shopping, NHS and ASDA) and 25/35 minutes by train to Liverpool Street.
