I have a spacious, only just refurbished rooms to rent, available in Edmonton Green.

The house itself is located on a residential street, with a Jubilee Park on one side and Churchfield Recreation Ground on the other side. There is a Edmonton Green station a 0.5ml walk, and Bush Hill Park station 0.8mil walk and last but not least, Silver Street station 1.1ml away.

Rooms are very clean and tidy and there are new furniture being delivered next week. House benefits from a massive family bathroom, which has recently been refurbished with new tiles and appliances.

Now, a little bit on the finances.
The weekly rent stands at 100GBP or 135GBP per room, depending on the room size. All bills ale inclusive of rent. The deposit required is weeks' rent paid in advance.

The house will be available from the 23rd September.
