Double room in modern 2-bedroom flat available for a couple of months in the iconic Strata building in Elephant & Castle. Sharing with 40-year old British gay guy, civil servant.

A minute's walk from the Northern and Bakerloo lines, not to mention direct bus and nightbus links to practically anywhere in London. Also 10 minutes walk from the South Bank/Waterloo, Borough Market, London Bridge, Kennington Park and 20 mins journey to the West End, Shoreditch and the City of London.

Elephant and Castle is an ever-growing vibrant area, with leisure centre (gym, pool, sauna) and unique (!) shopping mall directly opposite the building and a range of trendy and exotic restaurants/food markets/bars to hang out with friends.

The building has a 24-hour concierge and a friendly community. There is no parking, but plenty of storage for a bike in the underground garage.

Rent = £1000pcm (Bills included).

Bedroom is furnished with double bed, big wardrobe, bedside table, drawer unit and SmartTV.

Open plan kitchen/lounge arrangement with widescreen television and view of the London Eye.

There is no smoking in the flat but there is a smoking area outside the building.

I'm sorry but this room is not suitable for couples.

Room is available from around the middle of August.
