I am a friendly 33 year old female, working in Media with a lot of social activity but also like to relax and have a cosy clean home for when I'm not at events or out with friends! I am looking for someone tidy and considerate, but also sociable and professional. The flat is divided into two floors so it works perfectly in terms of space, noise and privacy.

There is one bathroom with bath + shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is ample and fully equipped: fridge/freezer, washing machine, storage space. And if you are a girl like me and might be concerned about the area: it's bright and feels safe - a busy road with 24hr security concierge in the building. There are plenty of shops and markets close by -not to mention London's main attractions and shopping areas.

The rent is £600 a month plus bills (normally an extra £100). 6 weeks deposit when you move in.
