Two of us are moving out to live with friends, leaving two lovely large rooms available in our end-of-terrace house.

The rooms are large furnished doubles with large closets. The house is really nice, and has a garden (paved, with some plants) which is perfect for BBQs. There is a parking space, which could be yours as the remaining flatmate (Jack) doesn't drive. There is also a big kitchen, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, small second bathroom with toilet, and a living room with couches and bookshelf.

The location is great for transport: 1 minute from Boris bikes, 2 minutes to Elephant & Castle tube (Bakerloo line and Bank branch of Northern line), and 5 minutes to Kennington tube (Charing Cross branch of Northern line). The Thameslink (to the City, Farringdon, St
Pancras and beyond) is also just 2 minutes away, and there are lots of buses.

Rent is £700/month for each room, excluding all bills. The estate agent we rent through will also charge you a £60 administration fee and £60 to add you to the contract. The deposit is £900 per room and is held in a secure deposit scheme. The room is available from 10th October, but we are looking to find someone as soon as possible (i. e. within the next week), so that all the estate agent’s forms and the rest of the paperwork can be filled in.
