E&C SE1, Great Room, Creative Houseshare
FACT: In 1965 Draper House used to be the tallest building in London
We have a room available in our 3 bedroom maisonette flat. It's a decent size with a humongous antique wooden wardrobe and bed on the upstairs level. Good light and great view! Separate toilet and bathroom, galley kitchen and social area. We have a balcony with awesome views towards The Shard (to the left) and Greenwich (to the right), which catches the sun in the morning till early afternoon.
The living area is also the 3rd bedroom (separated by curtains), so somebody we get on with well would be great, but also respects space! A creative?
Concierge desk service, 5 minutes to the tube including time in the lift, 5 minutes to E&C overground train to Blackfriars, Kings Cross, Kentish Town, 20 minutes walk to Waterloo, Southwark, 25 to Southbank.
