Double room in furnished flat, zone 1

Hello!

I have just purchased a flat of my own, and so sadly will be leaving the flat I currently share with my two great housemates. We are looking for someone to take my room, who is fun-loving, friendly, and sociable. You will be sharing with two male professionals - an Italian and a Spanish guy, who between them cook some awesome pasta and paella! We currently enjoy having regular dinner parties, friends over for drinks etc, and also sometimes go out socialising together, so are looking for someone who will fit in with this.

A bit about the flat.....

Firstly, it is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to Borough Market, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Waterloo etc. Excellent bus and tube links, and lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

Living room: 2 sofas and an arm chair, plus a big enough table to have some great dinner parties
Kitchen: Fully fitted with all the usual - gas hob, brand new oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.
Hallway: Large with some storage space (bookcase and shelving), and plenty of room for your bike if you cycle.
Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk
