I'm looking for someone to share a flat with me. My flatmate is about to move out next month so I'm looking for someone to take her place.

The flat is in Metro Central Height building which is just 1 minute from Elephant& Castle station (Bakerloo and Northern line- 15 mins to Oxford Circus, 5 minutes to London Bridge). It's on 13th floor so you will have a beautiful view facing The Shard.

Tenants have full access to the GYM, POOL & SAUNA in the building.

There's a Shopping Center just less than 3 minutes away with Tesco, Iceland, Boots, Superdrugs, TSB & Santander bank and plenty of other shops.

There's a bus stop in front of the building going to London Bridge, Bank, Liverpool street etc. There are more bus stops just a few minutes walk from the places with buses going around London.

The place is fully FURNISHED. You are also welcome to use all my cookware, bakeware, microwave, grill, blender, vacuum cleaner etc.

The room will be available NOW. The rent is £845/month bills not included.

ABOUT ME: I'm a 20-year-old fashion student. I'm originally Vietnamese but I grew up in Prague. I fluently speak 3 languages (English, Vietnamese & Czech). My interests are fashion, art, photography, movies. I'm very tidy and living a very quiet life, so no house parties or noisy nights.
