Sunny double room near Elephant and Castle :)

Sunny double room, sharing a multi national flat with 5 others (Scotish, Spanish, Sardinian and N'Irish 24-32yrs) :). A mixture of smokers and non-smokers. We are looking for a positive laid back person happy to do their bit keeping the flat tidy.

All bills included in the price (£460), we need a deposit of one month's rent upfront. The flat is fully furnished, so if you are arriving in London with very little then the place is ideal!

Great bus links to everywhere in London (10mins from London Bridge, Camberwell, Elephant and Castle, 15mins to Waterloo) and all even quicker if you cycle! Close to lots of supermarkets including a massive Tescos.
