I'm a 34-year-old guy, working in private sector, looking for a flatmate for my 2 bed apartment in the Strata SE1 building, Elephant and Castle, Zone 1.

A minute's walk from the Northern and Bakerloo lines, not to mention excellent direct bus and night bus links. Also 15 minutes walk from the South Bank/Waterloo, Borough Market, London Bridge, Kennington Park where there is no end of markets and cultural events going on.

The building has a friendly community and a 24-hour concierge. There is no parking, but plenty of storage for a pushbike in the underground garage.

Rent = £950pcm (all inclusive of utility bills, council tax, WiFi, but excluding personal telephone calls). 1 months rent and 1 months deposit required in advance.

Room comes with a double bed, tons (3 metres) of well configured wardrobe space, a desk/bureau and a bedside cabinet. Since there is so much wardrobe space, the bed folds out to a double bed very easily.

Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge arrangement all furnished with widescreen television and a panoramic view of the London skyline! (London Eye, BT Tower, Oxo Tower).

No drugs and no couples please (although stay overs accepted). Also, this is a non-smoking flat.
