ZONE 1 Double Room With Private Balcony

This is Gloria and Mo. We are a professional couple who understand finding a right flat can be a real challenge especially with most apartments in London so poor quality and dull. This is something you will definitely not feel when you walk into my 2 bedroom apartment very centrally located.

The only decision you will have to make is whether you would like to share this place with us :)

Having a very busy work schedule ourself we have tried to make the house as convenient as possible with everything you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are am happy to share that. There is a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your coffee with a good view. If that’s not enough you will have your own private fridge.

About the Area:

The location is amazing as it allows to minimizes any waste of time in travelling as Kennington station (zone 2) is roughly a 5 minute walk away with access to both branches of the Northern line providing speedy access to the West End, the City and Clapham. Also 5 minutes away is Elephant & Castle station (zone 1) with Bakerloo and Northern lines plus Thameslink services.

Barely 2 minutes away is Walworth Road providing frequent and surprisingly quick buses (Trafalgar Square 15 minutes, Victoria 20 minutes, Covent Garden 10 minutes). If you like walking you can get to places like Waterloo, Vauxhall, Victoria, Westminster, Covent Garden etc in no time).

Also there is pretty much every major super market like Tesco, Morrisons, Iceland, Lidl about 5 minutes walk away, plus East Street Market and a variety of high street shops including Boots and Marks & Spencer. If you are fans of Kebabs there are some of the best kebab places in London on the street(trust me I have tried them all) some open till really also. Number of 24 hours food shops for those like me who always forgetting to buy essentials during normal working hours.

About the house:

Very simple but elegant the flat has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room which gets the sun all afternoon and evening, with leather furniture, HDTV and dining table.

Kitchen appliances include:
• Fan oven
• Ceramic hob
• Dishwasher
• Kettle & toaster
• Electric Grill
• Bean to cup coffee machine (Washer-dryer is in a separate utility cupboard in the hall)
• Access to your personal fridge Freezer

Modern bathroom with bath, powerful thermostatically controlled shower, storage and an insanely big mirror, plus wireless audio system built into the ceiling so you can keep yourself entertained whilst taking a shower.

The bedroom itself is fairly large by London standards - unlike a lot of flats you can actually walk right around the bed! A floor to ceiling window complements a door that leads out onto the balcony, big enough to sit outside for a drink with a friend and even have a BBQ, the balcony gets sunshine in the morning and reflected sunlight from afternoon to evening. Furniture includes:
• A double bed
• Bedside table
• Chest of drawers
• Linen chest
• Wardrobe.

Rent:
Rent includes council tax, utilities, broadband, Netflix and evening and weekend landline calls. There would be a 2 week deposit required but there are no additional fees or charges.

Short let would be considered however that would incur additional cost.

About US:
Glo: 30 year old Pharmacist working in South Kensington. Italian by birth but lived in Spain for a long period before moving to London.

Mo: 30 year old professional(the more younger and better looking) who has been living in London for almost 10 years . Born of Mixed parents I have Lived in Brazil, Dubai, India in the past before I settled down in London to work as a business consultant in the city.

We Love to cook and make new recipes hence if you are good at cooking would be a benefit. We are looking for someone like-minded person to share amazing apartment and would love to meet you in person and know more about you.
