A double room in a house, closed to Elephant Castle is available from 01 November. 3 minutes walking to Lidl, 1 bus stop to Tesco, and not living with the landlord. Its large kitchen has just been renewed. Tenants are either student or professional, all are tidy and friendly,. There are also a washing machine and a drying machine in our house. The kitchen is equipped. The room is furnished, technically, you only need to bring your own personal stuff to move in. Please be welcomed to have a visit however a valid passport is to be asked before moving in.
Bills are excluded which are about about 20-30 £ each month.
