Double room in modern apartment near Elephant&Cast

Hi everyone,

since I am sadly moving out soon, there is a bright double room available in my apartment. The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a desk with chair, and a night stand with two drawers. You would be sharing the apartment with two girls Jo and Paula, who work for H&M.

The apartment is on the third floor of a gated building with 24/7 reception, and there is an underground car park below the building.
It is very well isolated and warm (a plus in London winters). Other than the bedroom, the flat has a bright living room with a sofa and TV, an open kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom with bath tub, shower and toilet. And maybe the best part: a spacious balcony that has the full sun in the morning, so on a good day you can start your day by having breakfast in the sunshine (at least that's what I did until recently).

The location
The flat is on a quiet street just off Walworth Road, which is full of supermarkets, shops, markets, a gym, etc. Plus there is an oriental supermarket and Vietnamese cafe next door which is amazing! Tesco, Morrisons and Iceland are all within walking distance.

Transport connections are amazing. Elephant&Castle tube station is a 3-min walk (Northern and Bakerloo line), Kennington tube station is about an 8-min walk (Northern line). And there are plenty of (night)buses, such as number 12, 40, 45, 68, 133, 148, N133, 155, N155, N171, 171, 176, 196. 344, 415, 468, N468, P5.
