1 Double room in Eltham for rent

We are looking for one housemate to share our lovely house!

The house is a 1930s 4 bedroom house and comprises 4 double rooms. The room available is converted from the original living room with a double bed and double wardrobe. There is plenty of space left to spare for your own little knick knacks and bric a brac.

Common areas include a conservatory served as the living room with Cable TV, Playstation 3 and Xbox One (Yes, the newest One ==>your housemate is quite a geek :D); fully equipped kitchen/ dining area; outdoor decking and sizeable garden. We are currently 3 in the house, a Hong Kong guy ; a Chinese guy and a Brit guy; Early twenties to mid thirties, open-minded, easy going and flexible.

Our ideal housemates will be working professional or master/PHD students, someone who are mature and tidy but laid back with a sense of humour.

The area is really pretty. There are woods, parks and shopping all within walking distance, but you can also get to London Bridge, Charing Cross, London Victoria and Cannon Street in less than 30 minutes. A fifteen minute bus ride to North Greenwich and the 02 gives you access to the Jubilee line. DLR stations are just 10 minutes away. Greenwich and Blackheath are 10 to 15 minutes away.
