En-suite double bedroom in character property

Hi :) my husband and I have a good size double room with en-suite to rent, available for £575 per calendar month. It is in a large house and overlooks a spacious garden and Royal Blackheath Golf Course. My house is very close to New Eltham station, a short bus ride to Eltham station, bus stops are literally on my door step and it is close to Greenwich university. The room comes with access to a separate kitchen for lodgers and is only ever used by one other person. We live in a clean and tidy house and like people to treat the property and room in the same manner. We have no age preference but we do like people who live in our house to treat it with respect. I have two lovely dogs and both my husband and I are friendly and easy going but respect people's space. If you are interested in the room please feel free to contact me.
