Large Double room Warren St/Euston with balcony

There are two rooms available to rent in a 3 bedroom flat:

- single room (£650pm) - taken

- double room (£750pm) available 25 April

Bills are not included, you will have to allow an extra £100 per month for bills.

The toilet and bathroom are separate, there is no living room. The flat is on the first floor.

The flat is located within walking distance from these stations: Euston, Euston Square, Warren Street (7 minutes), Kings Cross St Pancras (17 minutes), Great Portland street (11 minutes) the location is really awesome (NW13QG). Regent’s Park is only a few minute distance.

Both rooms have access to a shared balcony and both have a quite big built-in cupboard. The flat is very quiet. We are looking for someone who tidies the shared zones after using and help keep the flat clean. There is a rota cleaning once a week.

No smokers and no party animals please.

Students are welcome and someone quiet who wants to rest in their room in the evenings and no social sitting in the kitchen although every now and then is fine.
