Great Share Room, Zone 1

Hello there,

I am looking for a new ROOMMATE so I need anyone to live WITH me in the same room.

Location is perfect. Zone 1, 5 min walk from euston tube station, 25 min of walk to oxford street.

About the flat. In the flat are 3 rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully stuffed with oven, microwave, blander, washing machine, fridge and space for storage your food. In the apartment lives one british boy, age 21 and two girls. We all have nice relationship and don't have any problems.

Room is nice. Its not a Hilton hotel, but for the price and location is amazing. There are two beds, and plenty of space for clothes and things. Plus wifi in the room. You can see it on the picture anyway.

I am 21, from Slovakia living in London for already 9 months. I am full time worker so I am not home all day every day. I love to hit the gym almost every day, than I love movies, music, art and culture and sometimes also clubs and fun.

I would like to find someone who is nice, we don't have to be best friends but we need to respect each other. I hate dirt, I like the room clean and tidy all the time. But I am not pedant or annoying so I am not gonna kill you for dirty socks on the floor or something;} Sometimes a little mess is a good mess :}

So the rent is 85/week. U have to pay every 2 weeks, every second sunday 170 pounds plus deposit which is 3 weeks that means 255 pounds. So the day you move I need from you 425 pounds. When you decide to move from the room you have to let me know 2 weeks before so I have time to find somebody else and than I can give you deposit back.
