I am looking for a flatmate to rent a double room in a great 2 bed property in almost the centre of London.

This property is ideal for a young professional working in Central London.

The room comes completely (IKEA)furnished with a double bed, 3 door cupboard, a large desk and a bookshelf. Its safe to say there is a lot of storage. The Kitchen has all the necessary amenities in perfect condition.

The bathroom is shared, however since there are only 2 occupants in the flat its not something to worry about.

The location is great, a 3 min walk to Euston square station (Hammersmith and city Line, Metropolitan Line). Also easy access to Euston station (Northern, Victoria, London overground and national rail services) and Warren street (Northern and Victoria).

Great local pubs, Indian restaurants, Sainsbury shops within a 5 mins walk. Very close proximity to Regents park too.

Bills- Heating is included in the price of the rent. Additional bills are: Council Tax, Electricity, Water and Broadband. These work out to approximately 80* pounds per month. (*Electricity bill subject to Change)
