I have got a lovely, clean, quiet, HOME at forest gate. 1 big DOUBLE room is available from 1st august. And 1 huge master/ twin bedroom from september.

Lots of storage space , lots of air and sunshine and lovely place to come to after a hard day of study and work. You will love it. It is bigger than normal master rooms. located on first floor of my house to share the first floor with 2 hard-working quiet and friendly professionals, who are very considerate of each other. It can be used as twin, good for a professional couple as well. Rent will be negotiable according to the situation of tenants.

The area is very quiet and residential, you will love it whether you are a professional or a student. My house is quiet generally, although we do like to have conversation with each other in my fab dining room or kitchen.

we do tend to cook, chat, socialize, watch tele and have fun on weekends as well, while having resting periods during the day.

we are not zombies as well so if you want a dead house or have some stereotypical thoughts about couples or families or races or nationalities and not willing to change those thoughts, please don't contact me.

On the other hand if you are willing to see that ppl can be different please contact me. I am sure you will not find easy going ppl like us. I have lived with doctors, nurses, students, professionals and shift workers for 5 years and i have never had any complain in my house.

You can expect:

You can expect from me that we will make this house a home for you. I like my own space and like to give other people their space and privacy. But I would love to have a little chat with you in the common area or having occasional barbecues, or may be enjoy hot samosas/snacks with tea on a rainy day. I have got a lovely living/dining area where we can socialize and watch tele. I am friendly, polite and a hostess naturally. i have no family in UK so ppl living in my house are my family and i take care of them.

We are not the people who annoy sharers with continuous nagging, so if u will clean after yourselves, and pay rent on time, that is our only requirement.

We have a very low kitchen usage if u like cooking, baking etc , it will be no problem. Also there is a low usage of toilets and bathrooms as well. So if u like relaxing baths, come and see my bathroom lol. U will get your good night's sleep and lay ins as u like.
