Two room have come up in a superb property in the Forest Gate/Stratford area. The property has just has a total renovation to a very high standard.

The property has a large shared kitchen with a double size fridge and freezer as well as two cookers and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a living area with sofas and a projector for film nights.

In total there are 3 bathrooms, so there is no queue in the morning and we have a cleaner once a week to keep the place tidy.

The area is very up and coming, with the Olympic Park and Stratfords Westfield Shopping center just down the road. There are also a number of local shops within a few minutes and a beautiful park 1min walk at the end of our road which is great for running around and there is space for bikes, if you're a keen cyclist like me.

All bills are included so there are no extra costs on top of the rent.

The first double room that is available is £650 per month for one person and £750 for a couple. It is a large room with a double wardrobe, desk, bedside table and large double bed.

The second room that is available is £520 per month and is a small room that currently has a single bed in but can accommodate a double if required. It also has a wardrobe, desk and bedside table. This room would not be suitable for a couple.
