We are a couple looking for friendly professionals to live with.
There are two rooms available to rent. One is available Monday to Friday atã600 the other is available for full rent at ã800. ( bills included )
The house is 13 minute walk to Forest Gate with trains running to Liverpool street every 10 minutes. The house is also walking distance to Woodgrange Park and has 24 hour bus services into Central london.
This house definitely more a home and we'd like to live with friendly people who enjoy relaxing at home rather than having a party house.
Not to say there might be a boozy dinner party once a month where we invite friends over.
