2 very large double rooms in leafy forest gate (can be rented individually). Reasonable sized kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a HUGE garden. No living room but we do have one small communal room with a table we use for meals. House comes complete with the usual appliances - washing machine, tumble drier, toaster, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave.

Travel links are great. The house is a 0-1min walk from Forest Gate station. From here it is 4 mins from Stratford and 10 mins to/from Liverpool Street on the overground.

Rent is £550 a month including all bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax & internet). We have a cleaner come every fortnight which works out around £4 a head.

Current housemates are young & friendly. 2 English professionals. 2 Spanish professionals and a French student.

We a™re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and tidy with a good sense of humour. We a™re very sociable around the house but also love our alone time and are often off doing our own things during the week.
