Double bedroom - Fulham - Beautiful!

Hello potential flatmate!!

We live in a gorgeous 3 bed flat in Fulham, 5 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green stations. We are looking for a flatmate to occupy the double bedroom.

The flat:
- 3 bedrooms each on a separate level so each has it's own personal space.
- Spacious living room
- One big bathroom (one of the bedrooms has it's own showers so you will only be sharing with one other person).
- Small toilet (it's basically only being used by the person renting the room advertised).
- Big separate kitchen
- Local amenities are a stone throw away; shop, dry cleaners, gym, good coffee... etc

The room:
Large double bedroom with lots of storage space.

The flatmates:
Mairi (27), Mariam (29) & Dimple (cat)!

Interests: going out, good food, good wine, gym, shoes...etc you know the drill :)

You:
Fun, not too serious and outgoing. Good banter is definitely a bonus!

The monthly financials (the boring bits):
Rent is £875 and bills come to approximately 90 which includes Sky tv and broadband. We also have a cleaner which we pay by the hour so this can be discussed when we find a flatmate.
Note, the deposit includes agency admin fee.

We are keen to fill the room ASAP and we will be arranging viewing from this week onwards.
