About me!! I'm a 31 year old Web developer, originally from Ireland. Easy going and friendly; I travel semi regularly, love the gym, cars, movies and hanging out with friends. I've just accepted the keys today (May 12) and will start moving in, this coming week. I'm flexible which room I take, as they're both very bright and quiet.
About you!! Actually, I'm totally open minded; as long you can pay the rent and as long as you're clean and considerate, and I'm only looking for a single person (no couples please!).
A six week bond is payable (as I've done this through the agency I've signed the lease with; you'll be recruited of course!), which protects against any unpaid rent and damage.
After viewing the flat, if accepted, you'll have to put down one weeks' rent to secure the flat. At move in, you'll pay a calendar months' rent minus the one week you would've paid as a holding deposit. Your rent will be due the day before your monthly anniversary each month.
We split the bills 50/50.
The lease will be for a minimum of six months, with two calendar months' notice required to vacate.
