Hello there! I am a professional (teacher) living in Fulham/Parson's Green area looking for two great new flatmates to join me at the start of July.
The rent is £625 per month (per room) (all inclusive) which includes household bills, broadband and council tax. There is a shared bathroom and the eat-in kitchen area is a comfortable size and contains a washer/dryer. The available rooms are both spacious, light and are fully furnished.
The flat is situated in a really nice area, on the top floor of a mansion block, a short walk from Parson's Green or Fulham Broadway stations. Bus transportation is excellent and there are dozens of shops, pubs, parks etc in close proximity.
A minimum of six months commitment is required but twelve months would be ideal.
