The Flatmates.

Jacob - Jacob is 24 and currently works in the Home Office, he recently finished Uni at Durham having studied Philosophy. He loves watching football, exploring London and cooking some sweet smelling food.

Steve - Steve is 25 from Australia, hes is over here on a 2 year visa and is looking to get his teeth into London life as well as exploring the UK and the rest of Europe. His hobbies include going to the gym, exploring and having fun nights out as well as falling asleep on the last bus home.

You

We are looking for a like minded person to us both, we are keen on socialising in the house and down the pub so we would like someone who works sociable hours and who doesnt mind getting stuck in.
We like to keep the house tidy but are not fussed about being squeeky clean, but we would like someone who is respectable of each others space and someone who doesnt mind putting the bins out from time to time.

Price is 610 PCM not including bills should be around £60 - £80 and should not go above  £100 per month.
