15-20 min walk to Hammersmith/Putney Bridge, Fulham Broadway is a bit further.

Just off of Fulham Palace Road, so good access to buses.

Rent: £300 per month
Internet: £12 per month
Cleaner: £20 per month
Gas/Electricity/Water: Paid quarterly, averages around £30-50 a month.
Council tax: 42. 32 per month (10 months out of the year)

Altogether it's averages around £420 a month, but often less depending on bills that month.

Private Landlord - no agency fees
No minimum stay, as long as you can find a suitable replacement when you leave - PREFERABLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL STAY FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS!
