The house is right next to Fulham Broadway. The building has 29 rooms and is of a really good standard. Everyone who lives there is either a recent graduate or young professional. It provides an instant social group of people who are at the same stage of their life and career. Move in at 5pm and be out with 30 new friends at 10pm.

The rooms range in price from £190 per week for a small room(4’ double bed) to £270 per week for our largest en-suite room.

2/3 of rooms come with mezzanine beds which have a set of stairs leading up to the bed and have ample wardrobe and storage space. Most rooms will have either a sofa or armchair in the room.

The rent includes all utilities - gas, electricity, water, council tax and wireless broadband.

The whole building is cleaned daily Monday to Saturday including the kitchens, all loos, baths and shower rooms and communal areas.
We have completely overhauled the heating and hot water along with new boilers.

There is a large south facing garden with a BBQ, table tennis table and picnic benches.

Basement Includes

5 x fully equipped kitchens divided into different zones in the basement. Equipped with NEFF appliances, granite worktops, LCD television with Sky TV, microwaves, toasters, dishwashers, we even supply glasses, crockery and cutlery.

There is a large lounge in the basement with 50 inch plasma, full Sky HD movies and sport TV package.

The building is well secured and we have a manager, emergency numbers and CCTV as well as there being cleaners in the building during the day 6 times per week.

You will not be dealing with any agents are there are no initial charges as you deal with the landlord directly.
