Great Fulham flatshare with large roof terrace

Room available in our Fulham flat due to our housemate leaving to live with her boyfriehd. The flat is a 5-10 minute bus ride to Fulham Broadway and a 5 minute walk to Wandsworth town making it easy to get to central London. The bus stop is just outside the flat which means getting back late particularly in the winter is not a problem. There is an open plan kitchen / living area, a large bathroom with a shower / bath, the room available is a double room with a good sized wardrobe. The main reason we chose to rent the flat is because of the large roof terrace which is perfect for bbqs and drinks in the summer with great views. Bills are not included however they equate to roughly £100 a month including council tax and bt infinity. We are very happy in the flat and will be extending our contract in June for a further 12 months therefore will be looking for someone who can commit for a 12 month contract. The flat is situated between the ship in Wandsworth and the kings road so is a short walk away from many restaurants and pubs we both work in media, enjoy seeing friends and spending time in local bars restaurants etc. We are looking for someone who is also a young professional and enjoys going out at the weekend who will be able to take advantage of the great sociable location of the flat.
