I am leaving the area and looking to rent my double room in a friendly and chilled house.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and spacious garden. There is a cleaner that comes once a week but housemates are all considerate and tidy.
Generally the house is relatively quiet during the week with everyone busy however we often have dinner together in the evenings.
We are looking for an outgoing housemate who is in independant but also happy to go for house drinks or dinner.
Bills are no more than £100 per month. The house is very nice and finished to a high standard.
