Double room available in Fulham in July

Good sized, furnished double room in Fulham is to let for a working professional in her mid-20s-mid30s for a short term between 16th and 31st July while I am away.
The room is in a 3-bedroom flat on the first floor with great flatmates, the room is very light and sunny. The flat also contains a kitchen/dining room, a hall, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The flat has a fantastic location, with several bus stops (211, 295, 220, 74, 430 etc) just a few mins away, 15 mins walk to Parsons Green, West Brompton/Earl's Court stations, overground, 20 mins walk to Hammersmith with 3 underground lines and a bus station for even more travel options.
Also, the river is about 5 mins away to have a nice stroll in a summer evening.
We're looking for an easygoing, tidy, positive person to share the flat who regards it as a home, not a hostel, even if it is just for a short time.

The room is available from 16th July until 31st July, but can be a bit flexible, if it fits better.

The rent is £340 all bills included.

Viewings will be held on 6th July and 7th July evening.
