Double room available in excellent Fulham location

We're looking for a new flatmate for a double room in lovely, clean and spacious flat in Fulham.

The room is snug double, but the rest of the flat is open and spacious with a large kitchen-diner (dishwasher + washing machine) and separate large living-dining room. High ceilings and tall windows mean the living spaces are filled with light, and views over Bishop's Park offer rare London greenery.

The room comes with a new double bed and mattress, and wardrobe.

The location is 10 minutes walk to Putney Bridge Station (District Line) and 20 minutes to Putney Station (National Rail connections to Waterloo). Great choice of shops, restaurant and bars in Fulham or just over the river in Putney. Bishops Park is on the doorstep, and the Thames is a stone's throw away.

Bike storage is available in the shared gardens behind the flat.

The room is available from February 19th until early September. There is some flexibility with dates - get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

All bills included in the rent, including super-fast broadband.

Current flatmates are all friendly professionals.
