A bright clean double room available in large four bedroom/three bathroom Victorian terrace in Fulham.

THE HOUSEMATES

You'll be sharing with two girls and a guy. Anne-Marie 28, Leanne, 28 and Ryan 27. We are all nice, normal, busy and fully employed in sales/ sports marketing/journalism.

We are looking for a professional to stay long term who will fit in with all of us. We are a clean, tidy but easygoing bunch who would like to find someone equally easygoing who is up for joining us for a drink and the odd roast.

THE ROOM

Your room is a rear-facing double located on its own floor directly next to one of the three bathrooms. The room comes furnished with a solid double bed, two sets of drawers and a large wardrobe with further drawers and built in shelves.

THE HOUSE

The house Itself is massive, with a large living room, second reception room (currently our laundry room, complete with sofa bed) kitchen/diner and we have a small sunny terrace - which is amazing in the summer. The four bedrooms are split over four floors so we are never on top of each other and there is plenty of storage throughout.

We have three bathrooms in total. House has all the usual essentials - washer, dryer, dishwasher, projector screen TV, Sky & wifi.

TUBE/BUSES

Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway (both district line) are both an 8 minute walk. West Brompton (overground) is a 15 minute walk and Earls Court and Barons Court (both Picadilly) are 17 mins away.

Bus network is equally as good with stop at end of road for 74, 211, 295 etc - taking you to Baker Street, Waterloo, Clapham and beyond.

LOCAL AREA

Bang in the middle of Fulham/Parsons Green so loads of options in terms of pubs, bars and nice places to eat. Tesco and a large Waitrose also a 3 minute walk away. We also have a Virgin gym at the end of our road.

RENT

Rent is £720 plus bills which are approx. £100 a month depending on when they come in. Bills include a cleaner who visits every other week.


We are looking for someone who is able to move in immediately - mid January at the very latest.
