Short term let in Crystal Palace.

I have a lovely large light double room to rent in my 3 bed flat. You would be sharing the flat with myself, my 2 year old daughter and our lovely cat Millie. We will be away a lot though so most of the time it would be you and Millie.
The flat is top floor, split level with the bathroom and separate toilet on the entrance level. It is less than 5 min walk to Gipsy Hill station with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge (both about 30mins) and just over 10 min walk to Crystal Palace station which has a multitude of transport options. The Crystal Palace Triangle with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants is a 2 mins walk away. I am a quiet busy professional. My daughter is lively and loves to chatter but sleeps well and is generally a delight to be around. Our cat Millie is very friendly once she gets to know people. There is a piano in the room which of course you are welcome to use and we have lovely friendly neighbours downstairs.
