Spacious Double Bedroom on Gloucester Road

Sadly I am leaving London for a while, so I would like to find a replacement for my room! I will be leaving in the week leading up to Monday the 20th April.

The property is on Gloucester Road, about 2 minutes away from the station, and it has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. The flat is spread out over two floors, and the room is on the second floor. The size of the room is roughly 3mx5. 5m, and it is L-shaped. The ceilings and the windows are very high, so it feels really big, and there is enough space to dance in it! :)

My current flatmates are two Spanish girls, one French girl and one French guy, who are all working and easy to get along with! Some of them are smokers, but smoking is strictly confined to the little balcony we have outside the living room, so no problems there (I am a non-smoker myself!).

Amenities include a dish-washer, a washing machine, a dryer, two fridges/freezers, an oven and a microwave. Once a week, a cleaner comes to clean the communal areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living room and hallways), and she hoovers the bedrooms, too. This costs £25 per person per month.

Bills usually add up to £100-£120 per month, but this was during winter time, so they should be a bit lower in the coming months. This includes electricity (=heating as well), water, Virgin Media broadband and council tax.

We are looking for someone who is fairly clean, and around our age, so between 22 and 35.

Currently, my name is on the contract until August. However, if you would like to put yours on the contract for some reason, there is a £200 fee to change names. I am willing to negotiate about splitting this cost! :)

The room comes unfurnished, but I am still finalising my new place, so happy to discuss selling the furniture if you are interested.

I should be quite flexible with viewings, as I am a student, however I cannot do evenings from the 22nd-28th March.
