About the flat: Located on the lower ground and raised ground floors of an Edwardian townhouse. All bedrooms are located on the raised ground floor, common area (kitchen, living room, laundry room) on the lower ground floor. Rooms and flat come fully furnished, the kitchen has everything you need to cook regularly and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are in the flat. We have a private patio available as well so we have barbecues. Off street secure bike storage also available.
New tenant will be required to sign a one year lease ending Sep 6th 2016. There are four bedrooms in this apartment: Two tenants are moving out to move in with partners, so two of us are staying in the apartment.
About the two current room-mates: One American girl working in marketing and 1 London guy working in software development. We are both late twenties professionals who keep it pretty calm Sunday-Thursday and then on the weekend go out a bit with friends and have fun. We have friends round sometimes for dinner/sporting events etc., or a few drinks together on the weekend, but do not live in a party house.
References required but generally the landlord is OK with British & internationals alike. Students unfortunately not welcome.
About you: You are late twenties or early thirties professional working Monday-Friday. We hope you will be somewhat friendly, relatively normal and have your own friends/life/interests. No dogs/cats/horses (allergies sorry), no narcotics, no drama, generally good person. You put your dishes in the dishwasher when they’re dirty and don’t leave your stuff lying around the common areas. You don't inflict your personal mess on everyone else.
We will make appointments to meet with potential candidates in the evening Monday-Thursday starting Monday 13th.
