Very nice room on Cornwall Gardens

Hi Everyone,

I am Clara and I am leaving my room in the center of London.
The room is a double bedroom, spacious and very sunny. It is furnished and come with a double bed, 2 chest of drawers and a cupboard. You will have to share the biggest bathroom with Blake. The flat has a very bright living room and a small kitchen with all appliances.

You will be living with Blake and Lucille, both very friendly and working in marketing.
We prefer aperitif and evening buffet to boring dinner as we both can't cook. Junk food is our Sunday night ally. Only one thing makes us shudder: seafood.

We are looking for a friendly and funny new flatmate, who preferably speak/understand French as it will ease the communication!
The new flatmate will have to participate in the everyday life and comfort of the flat.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone clean AND tidy who knows how to communicate.

The rent is £725 and bills are approximately £100 with internet, gas/electricity, water, monthly cleaning and council tax.
