The room - large double bedroom on 1st floor and includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving, desk and bedside table. Bay window overlooking the street.

The house - large semi-detached house on a quiet road. Comprises of spacious kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer), lounge with satellite TV and fibre optic broadband, downstairs shower room and loo, 2nd bathroom upstairs with separate loo. There's also storage in the loft.

The garden - massive garden with patio, shed, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Access from side also provides safe storage for bicycles.

Location - safe, friendly and leafy area, Golders Green has lots of shops and there are 6 supermarkets within walking distance. The house is a 5 minute walk from Brent Cross tube station and an 8 minute walk from Golders Green tube station (both on the Northern Line and takes 15 mins to Camden, 20 to West End and 25 to Bank). Good bus links too including night buses. There is also a park round the corner with tennis courts.

Viewings - most evenings and weekends are fine.

Who we're looking for - Single female, professional employed full-time.

You'd be sharing with 3 girls and 2 guys (mix of English, Irish, Australian, Spanish), all friendly and laid back, and all work full-time (it's a big house and never feels crowded). The rent is £540 per month + bills, with one month's deposit required. The landlord is fantastic - we rarely see him but repairs/requests are always dealt with promptly.
