Spacious and clean studio available to rent!

Hi, I am Djamilla and I am currently renting this spacious studio. I am a student from the Netherlands and I needed a space to live for 6 months and found this really great studio. I am going back to Holland and I am looking for someone who wants to take over the studio from me.

The tenants are really nice people, who are always available whenever you need anything or whenever you have a question. I really felt home immediately, even though I was by myself in a new environment.

Now something about the room. The studio is a loft conversion, on the 2nd floor of the property. It is a spacious studio room with a separate bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. You do not have to share the room with anyone. The room has a single bed. You have your own kitchen with a fridge, microwave, 2-plate hob cooker and kettle. There is also a closet and table with chair in the room. The water and electricity bills are included in the rent. The deposit is 1650 pounds, which is 2 months rent.

The area is really great. The street is located on a busy street with many shops (supermarkets, bakery, etc.), a gym and very good restaurants. Even though it is located close to a busy street, you do not have any disturbance of the noise.

Since I am leaving to Holland, I am also looking for someone who can take some of the furnish that I am leaving behind. For just 70 pounds you can take over my beanbag, doorhanger, small cabin and lamp for only 70 pounds. This is not mandatory of course, just for the people who are interested in the things.
