Small Double bedroom, Big Flat, Big living room

Hello Viewers,

Our housemate Beth is going back to uni in cardiff so we are looking for a friendly, easy going and social person to replace her.

Beth, Tom, Alasdair and myself (Aimee) are the current housemates. We are all in our early 20's and working full time. We are a very friendly and easy going bunch. We enjoy going to the pub, kentish town is good for that but also exploring london going out at day/night etc.

The flat is large, we are fortunate to have a very spacious living room which is really handy for hanging out.

We also have a balcony in our kitchen with some views of london. Hampstead heath is our back garden and we have our very own tennis courts.

The rent comes to £560 a month that included council tax and water rates.
Internet, gas and electricity is separate and comes to £20-50 a month depending on the heating. So in total £580-610 including bills.

The room is small but has two windows making it very open. It has a double bed and a large wardrobe and under bed storage. It has a great view from the window including the shard and st pauls.
