Double room in Gospel Oak/Kentish Town

We have a double room in our new place in Gospel oak. The flat is on two levels with three bedrooms and separate toilet/bath shower upstairs. There is a kitchen and bedroom/lounge downstairs. We are on the doorstep of Hampstead Heath so if you enjoy swimming/cycling or walking/having picnics then this place would be perfect for you. Rent is £487. 50pcm+bills(which will probably be about £80pcm but we haven't worked that out yet as we haven't moved in).

We are two minutes from Gospel Oak overground station (easy access to east London), 10 minutes (walk)/ 2 stops on the bus from Kentish town station. There are also many bus routes close by including the C11, C2, 214, 24 and 46. This gives access to universities such as UCL, SOAS and Birkbeck, as well as central and east london. Its also really easy to get back to this area after a night out.

We have NOT signed the contract or put down the deposits as of yet, the advantage of this let is that you will be entering into a legal contract with the three other tenants.

About us
You will be moving in with a PhD student at UCL (female), a radiography student (female) and a scriptwriter/NFTS student (male). We are really friendly and laid back and up for drinks and the like.
