Mon-Fri room rental

Hi there

Looking to rent out a room Monday - Friday (4 nights at £600 a month inclusive). Sorry no couples or full time lodgers.

You will be sharing a lovely victorian terraced house in a friendly community in Greenwich. Room is a furnished double, neutral, warm and very quiet. All bills / cleaning/ bedding laundered / Virgin media / Broadband/WiFi included. Parking permit vouchers available. Room would ideally suit someone working in London during the week. Can leave clothes etc. in the room over weekends.

Excellent transport links to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Canary Wharf, Central and North Greenwich. 5 mins walk to Maze Hill train station. 8 min bus journey to North Greenwich Jubilee Line. Also DLR from Greenwich to Canary Wharf/Bank or Clipper for river commute all stops into Central London.

5 mins walk to Greenwich Park, the river and central Greenwich. Fantastic historic area with great pubs, restaurants, new leisure centre, cafes, cinema, green space and culture.

I live at the property full time and work as Director of a small Charity. You will be sharing with myself and one other professional male lodger who stays Mon-Fri. We are out and about a lot but quiet during the week, friendly, independent, respectful and easy going.
