Stunning riverview double room in Greenwich

Hi!

One of our flatmates is moving for a new job, which means we're on the search for a new flatmate. Ideally the start date will be between the 10th - 17th June but we're fairly flexible.

The flat is a big 3 bedroom apartment just outside of Greenwich Village. The development is very well maintained with amazing views over the river Thames.

The apartment has two bathrooms (one bedroom has an en-suite) and a separate toilet so there's no problems in the morning. There is a big living room (with SKY) and a modern kitchen. The key feature of the apartment is the large balcony with views of the Thames river, Canary Wharf and Greenwich village. The double room is massive for London and overlooks the developments garden. Street car parking is available.

Greenwich town is roughly 5-10 mins walk away and has excellent transport links into Canary Wharf and Bank via the Cutty Sark DLR station. Greenwich train station is also around the same distance with fast trains to London Bridge. Waitrose, Tesco, M&S and Sainburys are all near by, as are a number of gyms.

Jakub and I (Nick) are working fulltime in IT and Consulting and Advertising respectively. We're very easy going and generally up for a laugh. Tend to go out a fair bit and also enjoy a good bottle of wine. Ideally looking for someone who is outgoing and chilled.
