I'm offering 3 rooms in my 4-bed ground floor flat with garden, in Greenwich within walking distance of Greenwich park. The rooms are available in September with a flexible start date.

I'm at KCL studying medicine, normally living in the flat but will be away on placements for part of the year (Oct-Apr), returning intermittently during the year, so I'm looking for some mature and sensible people who have experience of house-shares and who want to live in a friendly and clean environment. You would be living with me (in September and from May onwards) and two new people.

My interests are varied and geeky and while I'm around I enjoy chatting in the living room, cooking, and relaxing in front of the TV. I'm easy to get on with but like to keep the place clean and tidy so this should be important to you as well.

The flat:

The flat is light and airy with neutral decor, with a big garden with outdoor furniture for relaxing during the summer. The living room and kitchen are pretty big and well equipped, with a dishwasher, tumble drier, coffee machine etc. The flat also has fast 60Mb Virgin Media internet with both wifi and wired connections in all rooms.

All rooms have a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp and shelving. Specifically they are:

Room 1 (double, £600/month, available September):
Good size double room (3. 1m x 3. 0m) overlooking the garden with extra bedside table and drawers.

Room 2 (single, £500/month, available September):
Good size single room (3. 6m x 2. 6m), newly decorated with extra storage furniture.

Room 3 (single, £450/month, now taken):
Small single (3. 6m x 1. 8m).

Location and transport:

The flat is in a great location for students at the local universities (Greenwich, Ravensbourne) and GKT students with London placements. The closest station is Maze Hill which has 6 trains per hour taking 10 minutes to reach London Bridge. It's also within walking distance of North Greenwich tube for the Jubilee Line and Cutty Sark DLR, and in an excellent location for driving, close to the Blackwall Tunnel and 20 minutes from the M25.

Local amenities are very good, being only a 5 minute walk from the nearest Sainsbury's, nearest pub and Imax cinema. The Arches Leisure Centre is also just down the road for swimming or the gym. For the less physically inclined, it also benefits from being within walking distance of 3 (THREE!) branches of Nandos :)

Other stuff:
- The street has free parking.
- All bills are included - however if you're not a full-time student, please contact me as you may need to pay council tax which is not included.
- No couples sharing a room, and no groups larger than 2 as I don't want to be outnumbered in my own house!
- No pets, unless they are generally clean and unobtrusive, eg fish.
