Double room in 2-bed show flat in Greenwich
Double room available in a previous 2-bed show flat in Greenwich Creek Side Development. Looking for professional(Sorry no students, no couples) to share the flat for 6 months minimum. I also prefer if you don't have friends/partners staying over on a regular basis. I'm a 29 year old working for an investment bank. I work pretty long hours (9. 30-11pm) and usually get up/go to bed around 8am/midnight, so definitely not looking for someone who's an early riser sorry.
The room has access to balcony and its own bathroom.
There is gym in the building and 24/7 concierge available in the development.
There's a Waitrose, tesco express and sainsbury's local 2 minutes walk away.
Rent is £850 per calendar month - All bills are included: Council tax, electricity, water, Sky TV and high speed internet. The only expense that I am looking to share is cleaner, which will probably work out about £20 quid per month maximum. As from past experience, communal area is often neglected and I do like my flat to be clean and tidy.
7 minutes to Cutty Sark DLR Station / Greenwich Train Station. 10 minutes walk away to Greenwich Park/Market. Good connection to Canary Wharf (10 minutes on DLR), Charing Cross (15 minutes on Train).
