Short Walk to Greenwich Station

A double bed available with wardrobe and shelving facing onto the back garden. Room includes wifi access with bills included.
Kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, grill, hob, oven and microwave.
The house itself is on a quiet street with very friendly neighbours and literally a 2 minute walk to Greenwich Mainline and DLR station. It has traditional fireplaces throughout with a very large bathroom and power shower.
The garden is neat and tidy with lawn and decking and barbecue area.
We are looking for someone that is friendly and easy going who interacts with us and not likely to spend the entire time in their room but also has their own friend base. Someone that is tidy and respectful of the shared areas.
We are both professionals working in the banking and travel sectors who like our sports and also a bit of cake baking!
In addition, we have a cat called Arthur who is very friendly but can be demanding of attention although he is very entertaining. Hopefully the potential housemate will like cats/animals and won't mind a little cuddle from him.
